In the mornings we offer breakfast and dinner is “a la carte”.
It is necessary to make reservations for dinner before 4pm.
The restaurant is not open for lunch.

Breakfast

For breakfast we serve home-made bread and cakes, butter croissants, home-made jams, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, iberian ham and cold cuts, cheese, cereals and eggs.

Breakfast hours:

From 9h to 11h.

Dinner

Our restaurant offers a soignée tradicional cuisine cooked with the best seasonal products of our kitchen garden or with products from local farmers.

We are specially proud of our “real tomatos”, our Castilla-Leon cheese selection, the avileña and limousine beef from local cattle breeders.

We firmly believe in the quality of the local product. All our cuisine is made with seasonal produce purchased from suppliers and farmers of the area.

In the summer we serve breakfast and dinner in the dinning room terrace, where you can enjoy your meals surrounded by the mountain breeze and the breathtaking views.

A paradise on earth

It is a paradise on earth with a subliminal atmosphere and attention to detail. The rooms are large with a rustic and modern decoration that gives it a romantic air. The staff is professional and friendly.

Absolutely stunning attention to detail

From the elegant breakfast facilities and the gazillion of eggs in which your eggs could be cooked to perfection to the stunning scenery and the incredibly chic room interiors. Really, could spot no element to complain about. It provided the setting to the best work retreat I could have possibly imagined. My only regret was that I visited in late October, and the weather was a wee bee chill - nothing compared to mainland Europe, but still. I think in early autumn the place is simply astonishing. So zen.
