In the mornings we offer a buffet breakfast and dinner is “a la carte”.

For breakfast we serve our own home made bread, cakes, muffins, and jams, butter croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, cereals, iberian ham and cold cuts, cheese, and eggs.

Our restaurant offers a soignée tradicional cuisine cooked with the best seasonal products of our kitchen garden or with products from local farmers. We are specially proud of our “real tomatos”, our Castilla-Leon cheese selection, the “avileña” beef and the lamb/goat bred in the nearby mountains. In the summer we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dinning room terrace, where you can enjoy your meals surrounded by the mountain breeze and the breathtaking views.
